Since joining Kenney & McCafferty, Emily C. Lambert has worked on numerous IRS Whistleblower cases. She has been actively involved in the successful resolution of several cases including two that resulted in criminal prosecutions and the collection of over $3.5 million in taxes, penalties and interest.
Prior to joining Kenney & McCafferty, Ms. Lambert served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Chief Judge Chandlee Johnson Kuhn of the Delaware Family Court and then as a Deputy Attorney General for the State of Delaware Department of Justice in the criminal trial division.
Ms. Lambert received her B.A. from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee, and her J.D. from Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, Delaware. She is a member of the Montgomery County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations and is admitted to practice before the following courts:

- United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania
- New Jersey Supreme Court
- United States District Court for the District of New Jersey
